Technology has been changing very fast. Today, new packages, newer versions of current software and new technological tools are being adopted by trade and industry periodically.

Education therefore must catch up with these developments so that graduating students do not face the problem of obsolescence. We believe that the underlying concepts of new technology along with practical skills must be delivered to students before they enter the industry.

In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, concept-based education becomes more important than tool-based education. Technological change also requires institutions to consider the market scenario and align education with the expectations of industry.

At Faculty of Computer Applications & Information Technology (FCAIT), we continuously strive to incorporate state-of-the-art technological concepts and go beyond the syllabus whenever required to prepare our students for the future.
